Several members of Kaplin Stewart’s construction law department were recently recognized for their representation of the firm’s construction clients. Robert Korn, and Andy Cohn were named as Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, while Mohammad Ghiasuddin was named a Rising Star. All 4 are part of the list published in Philadelphia Magazine and the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Magazine.
Bar Associations and courts have recognized the Super Lawyers review and designation process as a way to identify lawyers who have attained a high level of peer recognition, met strict ethical standards, and have demonstrated some level of achievement in their area of expertise. The lawyers that make the list are chosen through a rating process that is done in several phases. Peer nominations are combined with third party research to measure each lawyer in 12 categories that are designed to obtain a “credible, comprehensive, and diverse listing”.
The selection of these lawyers for this honor reinforces Kaplin Stewart’s commitment to provide focused, results driven service of the highest order to its clients.
